Canadian National Railway Company - Notice of Intention to Remove Siding from Producer Car Loading Sidings List

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 151.1(3) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C. 1996, c. 10, that Canadian National Railway Company intends to remove the siding located at Semans, Saskatchewan, from its list of sidings in the Western Division where railway cars allocated by the Canadian Grain Commission under subsection 87(2) of the Canada Grain Act can be loaded.

In accordance with subsection 151.1(3) of the Canada Transportation Act, this siding will be removed from the list upon the expiry of 60 days following the date of publication of this notice.
