1. All bids must be submitted in writing or by email and delivered to Kirkham Law Office at the address below by Noon on Friday, March 6, 2026.  

2. The land includes the following:  

  • - 145 acres cultivated – crop rotation wheat/canola; 
  • - Good water supply, well is housed in building; 
  • - Underground Sask Power supply; 
  • - 1 wooden and 3 metal grain storage bins, approximately 4,500 bu.; 
  • - 1 mile of gravelled access to super grid 731; 
  • - 1 mile to natural gas line; 
  • - Weyburn Loam soil; 
  • - 24 ft x 40 ft hip roof barn & single car garage both with power; 
  • - Old house is not usable; 
  • - Underground telephone line. 

3. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or solicitor’s trust cheque in the amount  of 10% of the bid made payable to “Kirkham Law Office”. If the bid is unacceptable the certified  cheque or the solicitor’s trust cheque shall be returned to the bidder. 

4. Within 5 days of the opening of bids, the successful bidder shall provide either: a) the balance of the purchase price; or  

b) payment of a sum equal to the difference between the balance of the purchase price and any mortgage financing, together with an unconditional and unequivocal letter of commitment from a recognized financial institution to the mortgagee to finance within 7 days of the confirmation of sale, the successful bidder’s purchase of the land for the price stated in the bid. c) Possession date of farmland will coincide with full payment of land. Purchaser will be responsible for all 2026 property taxes. 

5. If the successful bidder does not complete the purchase on the terms and within the time specified, the deposit will be forfeited.  

6. The highest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
