Public Notice - Waste Management Plans

Hutterian Brethren Church of Raymore Ltd. has made application under The Intensive Livestock Provisions of The Agricultural Operations Act for the Approval of Waste Storage and Waste Management Plans for the following Intensive Livestock Operation:

Beef Cattle - 15,000 feeders, equivalent to 10,000 animal units (AU).

Located on SW 36-29-20 W2M in R.M. 279 approximately 12 kilometres north of the Village of Semans, SK.

Note: This operation has existing valid approval for cattle operations up to 1,000 AU. This results in an increase of 9,000 AU. Construction will be required to build the new facilities and runoff controls to satisfy the expansion.
