Notice of Violation
TAKE NOTICE THAT in accordance with Section 6 of Bylaw No. 2005-08, the property described above has been inspected on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 12:00pm;
THAT as a result of the above inspection, the building is hereby declared a nuisance because the building is in a dilapidated state beyond repair such that it is:
- dangerous to the public’s safety;
- substantially depreciates the value of other properties in the area; and
- substantially detrimental to the amenities of the neighbourhood.
Order To Remedy
Under authority provided by Section 24 of Bylaw 2005-08 you are hereby ordered to remedy the above violation by removing or demolishing the building from public lands.
The remedial action noted above is to be completed no later than Monday, March 9, 2026.
Right To Appeal
TAKE NOTICE THAT you are provided the right to appeal this Order; and
THAT the appeal may be filed with the RM Office, Box 67, 101 Railway Ave, Bethune, SK., S0G 0H0 no later than Monday, March 9, 2026, at 12:00pm.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDER
TAKE NOTICE THAT if you fail to remedy this contravention by the date set forth above or fail to file an appeal as stated above, the RM will proceed to undertake action to remedy the contravention.
