Resort Village of Kannata Valley - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the  Resort Village of Kannata Valley for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the  Assessor located at 101 Cowan Road, Resort Village of  Kannata Valley, on the following days: Tuesdays and  Wednesdays, February 17, 2026, to March 23, 2026 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed, and the assessment notices have been mailed as required.

Any person who wishes to appeal against their assessment is required to file their notice of appeal, accompanied with a  $100.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, with: The Assessor, Resort Village of Kannata  Valley, Box 166, Silton, SK S0G 4L0 by the 23rd day of March 2026.
