Resort Village of Saskatchewan Beach - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Resort Village of Saskatchewan Beach for the year 2026 has been prepared. It is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor  located at 249 Lakeview Avenue, Resort Village of Saskatchewan Beach on the following days: 

Tuesday to Friday, February 27, 2026 to April 10, 2026 
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm & 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. except civic holidays 

Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment to the Board of Revision is  required to file a notice of appeal in writing by April 10, 2026 to:

Southey, SK S0G 4P0 

Submit your appeal to the Resort Village of Saskatchewan Beach office located at  249 Lakeview Avenue or mail to Box 220, Silton SK S0G 4L0. 

In accordance with Bylaw No. 139 the $100 fee must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of  Revision, payable to the Resort Village of Saskatchewan Beach. Property may be viewed at  SAMAView http:www.sama.sk.ca. 

The assessment notices have been mailed.
