RM of Dufferin No. 190 - Notice of Intention to Review a Discretionary Use Application
Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the RM of Dufferin No. 190 intends to review an application for the issuance of a Development permit for the Discretionary Use of an Additional Dwelling as per Section 5.2.5 & 5.2.6 of the RM of Dufferin No. 190 Zoning Bylaw No. 9-2022 and Section 55 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007.
INTENT:
The applicant is proposing to move in a 26ft x 76 ft RTM.
LOCATION:
The parcel of land that is the subject of the discretionary use application is at SE 13-20-23 W2 which is zoned as Agricultural.

REASON:
To allow residents to comment on the proposal.
PUBLIC INSPECTION:
Any person may inspect the proposed Discretionary Use Application at the RM of Dufferin Office, located at 101 Railway Avenue, in Village of Bethune, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Copies of the proposed application are available in the RM Office.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the RM of Dufferin Council Chambers to hear any person or group that wished to comment on the proposed development. Council will also consider written comments received by July 3, 2025, via email to development@dufferin190.ca, by regular mail to the RM of Dufferin Office at PO Box 67, Bethune SK S0G 0H0 or you may personally drop off your response letter to the RM Office.
