Rural Municipality of McKillop No. 220 - Land for Sale by Tender

1. The Rural Municipality of McKillop No. 220 offers for sale the following properties, located within the Unorganized Hamlet of Sun Dale. Tenders must be submitted for each property individually. 

Property Description: 

• UNIT 1-PLAN 101963314 EXT 0 (Condominium Lot) 
• UNIT 6-PLAN 101963314 EXT 0 (Condominium Lot) LOT 4-BLK/PAR 3-PLAN 101960445 EXT O 

2. Each tender must be submitted by one of the following means: 

a. Hand delivered to the municipal office located at 103 Ashley St., Bulyea, SK in a sealed envelope marked with following words: 

"Property Tender 
R.M. of McKillop No. 220 
ATTN: Marcy Johnson, CAO" 

b. Mailed or couriered to the RM of McKillop No. 220, Box 220, Bulyea, SK SOG OLO in a sealed envelope marked with the following words: 

"Property Tender 
R.M. of McKillop No. 220 
ATTN: Marcy Johnson, CAO" 

All forms of delivery MUST be completed by 4:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, May 5th, 2026. No tender received after this date and time will be considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the tender has been received by the RM of McKillop No. 220 if sending by mail or courier. 

3. All Tenders will be opened publicly in the RM of McKillop No. 220 Council Chambers located at 103 Ashley St., Bulyea, SK, on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST. 

4. A certified cheque to the municipality for 5% of the amount of the tender must accompany the tender. 

5. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted. 

6. Successful bidder will have 30 days, from the date of tender acceptance, to provide the balance of cash to complete the purchase.
