Conditions
1. Any conditions of the offer must be clearly stated.
2. All offers must be accompanied by a certified cheque, irrevocable letter of credit, bank draft or money order payable to "Paulson & Ferraton in Trust" for 5% of the offered price as a deposit which will be returned if the offer is not accepted. The balance of the offer will be payable on closing.
3. The closing date shall be mutually agreed between the parties.
4. The Purchaser shall be responsible for property taxes from and after December 31, 2025.
5. Persons must rely on their own research of the property to determine acreage, conditions, improvements and assessment.
6. The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
