The Resort Village of Island View - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Resort Village of Island View for the year of  2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the Office of the Assessor from February 7^th,  2026 to March 14^th, 2026 on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  

A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment  notices have been sent as required. All fees must be submitted to the Assessor at the Resort  Village of Island View. All appeals must be filed with the Secretary for the Board of Revision,  Nicolle Hoskins, Box 149, Meota, SK S0M 1X0, sent electronically to  secretary@westernmunicipal.ca, or via mail to Resort Village of Island View, Comp. 3, R.R.1,  Bulyea, SK S0G 0L0, and forwarded to the Secretary of the Board of Revision.  

Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the  Assessor at the Resort Village of Island View, Comp. 3, R.R.1, Bulyea, SK, S0G 0L0. A notice of  appeal, accompanied with a $300.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is  successful, must be submitted by March 14^th, 2026.
