The Town of Nokomis - Sale by tender

SALE BY TENDER

1. The Town of Nokomis offers the following residential property for sale:

• 109 5th Ave East
• Lots 10-11, Blk 3, Plan 05032
• Assessed Value: $18,600.00
• Tax Arrears: $9606.87

2. A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender” addressed to:    

 Town of Nokomis
Box 189, 101, 3^rd Ave West
Nokomis, SK, S0G3R0

3. Tenders must be in the Town Office by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
4. A certified cheque to the municipality for 5% of the amount of the tender must accompany the tender.

 5. Include your intentions for the property with a timeline. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted. Property sold “as is”.

 6. Successful bidder will have 14 days to provide the balance of payment to complete the purchase. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time frame.
