Town of Govan - Notice of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the TOWN OF GOVAN for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor at 101 Elgin St., Govan, SK, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on the following days: Monday to Friday, April 10 to May 11, 2026.

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.

Any person who wishes to appeal their assessment is required to file their Notice of Appeal, by Monday, May 11^th, 2026, with:

A fee of $250 must be paid to the Town of Govan and receipt of payment sent to the Secretary of the Board of Revision along with the appeal. The fee will be returned if the appeal is successful.
