UPDATE: Watrous RCMP: do you recognize this individual?
Watrous RCMP have arrested and charged a man in relation to an incident where an individual committed an indecent act in Manitou Beach, SK.

Public Submission
On April 8, 2026, Watrous RCMP Detachment officers, along with investigators from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Regina and Saskatoon Serious Crimes Units, executed search warrants at residences in Moose Jaw and Nokomis, SK as a part of this investigation.
An adult male was arrested. Rory James Bax, a 33-year-old from Moose Jaw, is charged with one count, committing an indecent act, Section 173, Criminal Code.
Watrous RCMP also received assistance from the Saskatchewan RCMP’s National Sex Offender Registry and Violent Crime Linkage Analysis Section.
Rory James Bax is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on April 13, 2026 (Information #90598558).
