1. NE 16-24-20 W2 150 acres $ 302,800.00 2. SE 21-24-20 W2 150 acres $ 298,300.00 3. NW 27-24-20 W2 140 acres $ 265,400.00

1. All bids must be submitted in writing and delivered to Kirkham Law Office at the address below by Noon on Friday, August 15, 2025. 

2. Bids will be accepted for individual quarters; however, preference will be given to bids that include all three quarters. 

3. The NE 16-24-20 W2 includes the following: 

  • Currently pasture/hay land, but previously cultivated crop land; 
  • 4 strand fence and cross fence on quarter; 
  • 3 dugouts for water; 
  • Newer 400 ft deep well which has a good water supply; 
  • Underground Sask Power supply; 
  • 2 metal grain storage bins, approximately 2,200 bu.; 
  • One mile of gravelled access to super grid 731; 
  • Weyburn Loam soil; 
  • 50 ft x 120 ft pole shed with an insulated shop area of approximately 20 ft x 48 ft, dirt floor, propane heat, 220 power, 2 overhead doors, well and dugout pressure system; balance of shed is an open barn; 
  • 60 ft x 12 ft insulated construction trailer, propane heat; 

4. The SE 21-24-20 W2 includes the following: 

  • Currently pasture/hay land, but previously cultivated crop land; 
  • 12-year-old dugout for water; 
  • 4 strand fence and cross fence on quarter; 
  • Half mile gravelled access to super grid 731; 
  • Weyburn Loam soil; 

5. The NW 27-24-20 W2 includes the following: 

  • Currently pasture/hay land, but previously cultivated crop land; 
  • One dugout; 
  • Old house, not usable; 
  • One mile of gravelled access to super grid 731; 
  • Mineral Rights are not included in the sale of the quarter; 

6. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or solicitor’s trust cheque in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to “Kirkham Law Office”. If the bid is not accepted the certified cheque or the solicitor’s trust cheque shall be returned to the bidder. 

7. Within 15 days of the opening of bids, the successful bidder shall provide either: 

a) the balance of the purchase price; or 
b) payment of a sum equal to the difference between the balance of the purchase price and any mortgage financing, together with an unconditional and unequivocal letter of commitment from a recognized financial institution to the mortgagee to finance within 7 days of the confirmation of sale, the successful bidder’s purchase of the land for the price stated in the bid. c) Possession date of farmland will coincide with full payment of land. 

8. If the successful bidder does not complete the purchase on the terms and within the time specified, the deposit will be forfeited. 

9. The highest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
