Proverbs 11:21 promises “you can be sure that the evil man will not go unpunished forever and you can also be very sure that God will rescue the children of the godly.” Proverbs 14:7-8” if you are looking for advice stay away from fools. The wise man looks ahead. The fool attempts to fool himself and won’t face facts.” Greedy people make the world’s problems. I know a Man who solves all things. Jesus Christ! No bones about it! “Come onto me and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
In times like these we need to read the Bible. Our Lord says when all these prophesied events begin to happen be watching for His return. Jesus promises in John 12:45 “I have come as a light to shine in this dark world so that all who put their trust in Me will no longer wander in the darkness.” John 16 :33 tells us “I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind here on Earth. You will have many trials and sorrows but take courage, I have overcome the world.”
Read and LISTEN to the words of these scriptures.
Isaiah 50 :17” Listen to me, you who know right from wrong and cherish my laws in your heart. Don’t be afraid of people’s scorn or their slanderous talk. For the moth shall destroy them like garments; the worm shall eat them like wool; but my justice and mercy shall last forever and my salvation from generation to generation.”
2 Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord range throughout the Earth, strengthening those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.”
Psalm 28:9 “Trust in the Lord at all times O people! Pour out your hearts to Him for God is our refuge.”
Psalm 60:28 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your way acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.”
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Jack Campbell and Jimmy Davis wrote a song. The words of that song give us peace and strength. It’s called, “I Know a Man Who Can”. “I can’t take a heart that’s broken and make it over again but I know a Man who can! I can’t take a soul that is sin sick and wash it white as snow but I know a Man who can!
Some call Him Saviour, the Redeemer of all men! I call Him “Jesus” for He is my dearest Friend.”
May the peace and love of our Lord and Saviour surround you all, always!
