Public Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 55 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 that the Council of the Resort Village of Kannata Valley has received a development permit application for a Garage Suite on the subject property legally described as Lot 8 Block 8 Plan FV4972, as shown in the below map.

Garage Suites are listed as a discretionary use in the Residential District R1 under Section 6.2.2 of the Resort Village of Kannata Valley Zoning Bylaw 05-2024.

The Resort Village of Kannata Valley Council will consider this application at a Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Administration Office, Arnold Flegel Council Chambers, Kannata Valley, SK.

Council will consider comments from any person or group at the meeting. Comments must be submitted in writing:
