Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the RM of Dufferin No. 190 intends to review a Discretionary Use Application.

INTENT:

To review a Discretionary Use Application for a Secondary Suite at Par 11 Plan 102203200 in Country Spring Estates.

LOCATION:

Par 11 Plan 102203200

REASON:

To allow residents to comment on the proposal.

PUBLIC INSPECTION:

Any person may inspect the proposed Discretionary Use Application at the RM of Dufferin Office, located at 101 Railway Avenue, in Village of Bethune, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Copies of the proposed application are available in the RM Office.

PUBLIC HEARING:

Council will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the RM of Dufferin Council Chambers to hear any person or group that wished to comment on the proposed development. Council will also consider written comments received by September 4, 2026, via email to development@dufferin190.ca, by regular mail to the RM of Dufferin Office at PO Box 67, Bethune SK S0G 0H0 or you may personally drop off your response letter to the RM Office.
