• The successful bidder will have 14 days to provide payment to complete the purchase
• All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price
• RM 279 reserves the right to reject any or all bids received 
• Bids will be considered at the June Meeting of Council, only the successful bidder will be contacted
