Rural Municipality Of McKillop No. 220 - The Planning Fee Bylaw

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the  Council of the RM of McKillop No. 220 has given first reading to Bylaw No. 457/2025, The Planning Fee Bylaw.

The bylaw proposes to replace the current Planning Fee Bylaw No. 343/2018 and establish updated fees for development permits, discretionary uses, zoning amendments, minor variances, subdivision applications, and related advertising and review costs. 

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the RM Council  Chambers, 103 Ashley Street, Bulyea, SK. Any person may attend and make written or verbal submissions.

Copies of the proposed bylaw are available for inspection at the RM Office during regular business hours or by request.
