Rural Municipality of Mount Hope No. 279 - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the RM of Mount Hope No. 279 for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Thursday, from April 30^th to May 28^th, 2026. 

A Bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required. 

Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment is required to file his or her notice of appeal, accompanied by a $50.00 appeal fee which will be returned if the appeal is successful with the  Secretary of the Board of Revision, Western Municipal Consulting, Box 149, Meota, SK S0M 1X0 as well as the Assessor, RM of Mount Hope No. 279, Box 190, Semans, Saskatchewan, S0A 3S0, by the 28^th day of May, 2026.
