Sealed tenders, clearly marked “Tender for Purchase of Property Under the Tax Enforcement Act,” will be received by the Village of Bulyea at 121 Ashley Street, Bulyea, SK S0G 0L0 until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Tender Requirements / Terms

Tenders must be submitted in writing, with a description of the bidder’s plans for the property ensuring the purpose meets the requirements of the Village of Bulyea Zoning Bylaw; and include a cheque or bank draft for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the Village of Bulyea.• The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Tenders without the required deposit will not be considered.• The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the purchase price within 15 days of notice of tender acceptance. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time.

The property is sold on an “as is, where is” basis without warranty or representation.

All legal costs, title transfer fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.

The sale is conducted under the provisions of The Tax Enforcement Act, Saskatchewan. Public notice of this sale has been given in accordance with the Act.
