Village of Bulyea - Sale by Tender Notice (Lots 18, 19, 20)

TAKE NOTICE that under the provisions of The Tax Enforcement Act, the following property will be  offered for sale by sealed tender:

• Lot 19 Block 9 Plan AM1540  
• Lot 20 Block 9 Plan AM1540

TERMS OF SALE 

1. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Tender – Property of 111 Silton  Street Bulyea” and delivered to the Administrator, Village of Bulyea, at 121 Ashley Street,  Bulyea or Box 37, Bulyea SK S0G 0L0 

2. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or money order payable to the Village of Bulyea in the amount 10% of the tendered price as a deposit. 3. Successful bidder will have 30 days to provide the balance of payment to complete the purchase. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time. 

4. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. 

5. All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price. 

INSPECTION OF PROPERTY 

Prospective purchasers may inspect the property by contacting the Administrator during regular municipal office hours to schedule a viewing appointment. 

ADVERTISING AND CLOSING 

• The property shall be advertised by at least one advertisement, published in a newspaper published in or near the municipality in which the lands are located, at least three weeks in advance of the date of the auction or final date for receiving tenders. 

• Tenders will be received until 4:00 p.m. local time on 14 April 2026. 

• Tenders will be opened publicly at the Regular Council Meeting on 15 April 2026 at the  Village Office located at 121 Ashley Street, Bulyea SK S0G 0L0. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT 

Terms of payment are outlined in The Tax Enforcement Act and associated municipal bylaws.  Successful bidders will be required to execute a Form 7 – Agreement for Sale and complete payment within the prescribed time frame.
