Village of Duval - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Village of Duval for the year of 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Village Clerk every Monday from 8:30 AM to 12 noon and 1PM to 3:30PM until April 20, 2026 

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of the Municipalities has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.

 Any person wishing to appeal their assessment is required to file a notice of appeal with the Secretary of the Board of Revision, Nicolle Hoskins, which can be sent electronically to: secretary@westernmunicipal.ca or by mail to the Village of Duval Box 70 Duval SK S0G 1G0. An appeal fee of $50 must accompany this appeal. This appeal fee will be returned if the appeal is successful. Appeals and fees must be received no later than 3:30PM on the 20^th day of April,2026.
